Kegel is a method of exercising the pelvic floor muscles (PC muscles). It is suitable for men and women of all ages and aims to strengthen and exercise the pelvic floor muscle groups. In order to help users perform Kegel exercises correctly and effectively, we have developed a professional Kegel exercise APP.
[Application Features] In-depth research and investigation, scientific design of exercise plans that are more suitable for novices, detailed step-by-step explanations, key action guidance, and clearer combination of pictures and texts, so that you can get started quickly. The key to exercise is persistence. The star-winning upgrade mode is designed to increase fun and challenge; the difficulty of exercise increases step by step according to the level, allowing you to naturally complete the transformation from novice to professional in daily practice. Flexible adjustment of exercise and relaxation time, custom adjustment can be made according to the user's practice status. Provide sound and vibration control buttons to allow users to choose a more comfortable practice experience during practice.
[Practice Guide] Users need to find the pelvic floor muscles and their force positions through certain methods; when they first start practicing, they can appropriately reduce the practice time, and then slowly increase the duration.
