The operation is very simple!
Just open the app, enter the food you ate and its sodium amount, and tap the save button.
By registering the food name and sodium amount in the “Favorite List," you can easily select them from the list for future entry.
On the "Analysis" screen, you can view your weekly and monthly sodium intake through charts,, which is useful when reviewing your dietary habits.
Even if you happen to forget to record your intake, you can add past data from the "History" screen, so there's no need to worry.
