How Alba Health works
Test at home
Order an at-home gut microbiome test kit (children 0–18 years and adults). Collect a stool sample easily at home and complete a set of questions about health and lifestyle in the app.

Our scientific approach
Alba Health collaborates with leading experts across gastroenterology, pediatrics, nutrition, and microbiome research. Our scientific advisory board combines over 1600 scientific publications in the field.
We also lead the PREVENT study in Sweden, the largest of its kind, together with Uppsala University, University of Antwerp and COPSAC. The study follows hundreds of children from birth, with over 300,000 lifestyle datapoints, to understand how the microbiome shapes long-term health.
