We have introduced few amazing features as listed below : * Your captain's will be able to view the 'last bill', 'last visit', 'birthday' as well as 'anniversary' of any customers. * Additionally, the locality details entered from the Captain application will now be stored in your customer database. * To help streamline your operations, we have enabled the auto-sync mode under the unsuccessful KOTs section. This means that even if you forget to manually sync the failed KOTs to the kitchen, the system will automatically do so as soon as the internet connection is restored. * We are pleased to share that we have significantly reduced the login time for Captain App users, bringing it down to three seconds or less. * Whenever you tag a customer using the Captain application, the customer tag data will be saved. * KOT creation date and time will be now visible under the 'view kot' tab. * Captain App users will now be able to view and add items with just a few clicks, based on the keywords entered in the search.
