Personally I love Kcex, the fees are low, platform is clean, great variety and the option to go 100x lev when you really wanna gamble. The ONLY reason I’m giving it 3 stars and not 5 is that the order limit feature is terrible. For active traders that DCA into positions, this puts us at a disadvantage. It’s easy to hit your order limit (still can’t find what the actual limit is, not listed anyone here I can see) when you place 6-7 to average in each position. Please adjust the maximum order limit, or at least give us some sort of warning for when we’re getting close to the limit. Maybe even a tracker somewhere in the UI. Last bit of feedback: try to find a way to let us close positions on the mobile app while on the full chart view. The mini chart on the order screen is very hard to get an idea for where the coin is at momentum wise. Sorry for the novel, I love kcex and really don’t want to switch to other platforms, but as an active trader if the order limit issue isn’t addressed, I will.

I urge everyone here after reading this esp if this happened to you to scroll down and report a problem and report this as fraud these people have to be taken down They have new user rewards section where you can get up to $500. It’s a lie and a scam. I competed it and got the message that my account didn’t pass risk assessment so I don’t get rewards and I can’t re try. After getting in Reddit this happens to EVERYONE. So they set that section up just to get you to advertise for them and steal your drivers license and info and sell your info. I did everything right and screen recorded. Upon asking them to delete my information and photo id and send confirmation they denied to do so. I then, sent a proper legal document for the IC3 Internet crime division, Crypto task Force and SEC to investigate this company, I did a trust pilot negative review, consulted my attorney to sue them to remove my information and also to find out what they are doing with everyone’s ID. I will provide update here when my attorney responds.

First of all I agree they do take low fees but something I feel like the app toys with is my trades for ex if I am purchasing and making an entry at market I will immediately enter me into the negatives like in multiple scenarios where non volatile slow moving alt coins might be at 1.45 and I enter and immediately it opens at 1.40 and I’m at the loss the moment I enter and when I close it never fails to close where I closed it same scenario I close at 1.50 and it closes at 1.55 when rhe coin never hit that mark and the opposite when I am at profit I close at 1.50 it closes at 1.46 and I lose potential revenue it has done multiple times. One more huge issue is my trigger orders I placed a trigger orders multiple time it would successfully activate but never fill when I am at profit only when it’s at loss the order fills I felt like this might be the company screwing with me to eat at my deposit but I’m hoping it’s a bug and they fix these problems.
