Why would you pay for the video separately when you actually have subscription that’s exactly what happened in the beginning they ask you to subscribe for the membership then again you have to pay for video. Ok that’s fine I would pay for it. now I bought some credits but I never got any credit even I pay for it a lot of problem with this app. I have contacted Support and there was no reply whatsoever. Apple was kind enough to refund me the money that I spent. I saw somebody actually replying on each of the review that was posted I think whoever doing it is a bot I’m sure nobody got any reply from the Support.

It’s an ok app but support is horrible. After purchasing the app I didn’t know you had to buy tokens to use it. What’s the purchase for then? So I had to buy tokens to use it after I purchased it. I then had a question on the app. I sent a request for a question awhile back and I had and no response. I asked how can you choose one face to do the face swap on? No response. Now the app stopped working. I sent a message to support and again no response. At this point I would just like my money back. Please advise. Thanks.Update: they fixed my app after I left this first review. It waited for a bit but the en stopped working again. It says something went wrong. Please try again. Please refund me at this point. I spent a lot of money so far and it doesn’t work. The link to support gives you a bad email address so my emails to support keep coming back to me. Thanks.

So they try to get a subscription for a year for a ridiculous price then when you decline it they offer it for $20 for a year, but what they dont say it that they only give you 200 credits and the video quality is grainy. So you pay a total of 40 credits to make the video, then you think you get the video. Nope you have to pay an additional 50 credits to unlock the video. So it’s 90 credits per video and with the credit you receive after paying for their yearly subscription, you get 2 videos that come out poorly anyways. None of this is mentioned anywhere before you subscribe. Terrible app and just a money hungry company, will definitely be reporting for misleading content and fraud.

I downloaded the APP and I paid for a year subscription plus obtain credits in order to be able to fully enjoy the app features. However, the app began to glitch. I downloaded the last update, but it didn't fix anything and I was unable to make any type of video. I've tried resetting the phone and redownload the app. Unfortunately, the issue is still on but now it doesn't recognize that I have bought credits. I've tried to contact support but I received an email stating that outlook attempted sever times to deliver the email but it could not communicate with the email address provided. DONT GET THIS ONE. There are other apps that are similar and work fine.
