fecit: Task Manager & Planner
Goals, routines & calendar
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
fecit is a planner that helps you clarify your goals and achieve them, one step at a time.
When something comes to mind, just write it down. No need to decide where it goes or how to organize it. A title is
enough. Add details when you need them.
When a goal feels unclear, turn on the Analysis section. Write down what you want (Expectation), where you are now
(Current), what's in the way (Obstacle), and what's at stake (Stakes). The path forward becomes clear. Use Guide Mode or
the conversational AI Assistant (Beta) to walk through each step naturally.
Break big goals into sub-tasks and connect them visually. What to do next is always in sight. Materials, tools, venues,
and people — organize everything you need in the Preparation section.
Save well-crafted tasks as templates and renew them daily. No need to start from scratch for things you do repeatedly.
Keep stray thoughts in memos, and tidy everything up with folders and labels.
When you finish something, leave a reflection. Rate your satisfaction, note what went well and what was hard. Daily and
weekly reviews help you keep the momentum going.
View your schedule on the calendar, track consistency with heatmaps and streaks, and celebrate progress with
achievements. When you need inspiration or a starting point, AI generates tasks and sub-tasks for you.
Group related work under goals (projects), invite team members by email, and co-edit shared memos to track progress
together.
Daily planning, work tasks, personal goals, long-term projects — all in one app. Start simple. Go deep when you need to.
fecit — Achieve Your Goals.
