Bad data usage / Good app / No clear support

Hi, I was excited to use the NYM VPN app after following the launch, I’ve been using the app for two months and recently found myself in need of some help from support regarding 2TB monthly data allowance limit renewal. It’s been a few weeks and I continue to get the same message, that I need to reach out to support and submit a ticket (which I have done but no response) I have also reached out via X and Discord but no response. I have had to delete the app since I can’t use it. For some reason the app tells me everyday the data will be renewed. I have the annual subscription but maybe I need to submit a refund request.

The Nym network is like Tor on steroids. The fast mode is faster than Tor (with similar anonymity) and most centralized VPNs, and the anonymous mode uses a mixnet to provide maximum anonymity at a slower speed. It’s really not even a VPN, but a whole weird decentralized network.
Connections, routing, and surfing are problematic but its good when it works

Not bad for unobfuscated low-reliability 2-hop systems, but needs some catch-up before its able to operate without interference like its competitors
