Event attendees can use this app onsite to access the event schedule, event information, as well as vendor, exhibitor and other basic attendee information. Both event attendees and vendors can login to the app either through their confirmation email or their access code. Vendors can use the app to scan attendee QR codes to gather leads. Attendees can scan vendor QR codes to save their information. Engage by Regfox is exclusively made for events using the Regfox registration platform and does not work with any other platform.

Terrible app and support

I spent hours trying to get the app to work 😡the event organizer requested support for me - they replied to her with questions and she told them to contact me directly and cc me on the email I replied to the email and after numerous emails they said they couldn’t help me because I had to be referred by the event organizer to get help - I felt like I was in the ground hogs day movie - I wonder if they understand English 😞I’m very tech savvy

This app is so terrible. Terrible login experience that’s broken. I have filled out info on my profile 4 times and it keeps deleting. I had to upload a profile picture 6 times from 2 different devices to get that to work. I can use tech. I own a software company and an ai implementation company.

The app often freezes saying there’s an error and you can’t login so need to close and restart. Mapping to session details doesn’t always work correctly when days are collapsed (not in expanded view).

Do not bother installing this app. It literally does nothing except take up hard drive space on your device. Shouldn‘t even be available from the App Store.
