Genom denna app tar du del av det konstnärliga projektet I was here: skuggrunor. Skuggrunor är digitala ‘runstenar’ i form av danssolon, skapade av kvinnor i olika åldrar, framförda av avatarer i en förstärkt verklighet (Augmented Reality (AR)).
De här 'runstenarna' berättar om kvinnors tankar om sig själva, samtiden, framtiden och viktiga platser för dem.
Projektets konstnärliga idé och koncept är framarbetat och utvecklas vidare av danskollektivet Arkeolog 8 i samarbete med AR-programmerare och apputvecklare Jonas Lythell. Musiken i appen är skapad av Signe Bankefors.
2023 lanserades piloten av projektet I was here: skuggrunor där tre dansrunor har skapats och placerats ut på fysiska platser och som du kan hitta genom denna app. Dessa platser är Vallentuna (Arkils tingstad), Täby (Jarlabankes bro) och Södertälje (Gula Villan i Järna).
Pilotprojektet 2023 stöds av Kulturrådet. Genom vidare stöd och samarbeten är projektet tänkt att växa och bilda ett sorts nationellt ‘skuggrunrike’.
I was here: skuggrunor är en del i ett tvärkonstnärligt samarbetsprojektet I was here som, med utgångspunkt i fornlämningar, undersöker vilka avtryck vi lämnar efter oss idag och vilka kommunikationskanaler vi har att kommunicera om vår samtid; som säger I was here och ekar långt in i framtiden för människor efter oss att ta del av.
Projektet är tänkt att knyta samman då-nu-sedan, verkligt-virtuellt och tillfälligt-permanent i en arbetsprocess med både unga och äldre deltagare som ska mynna ut i nedslag med danshändelser i digitala och verkliga, offentliga miljöer.
