Me and my boyfriend and friends tried to mirror my phone to my tv and we did everything right but the app didn’t work. I talked to a LG customer representative and he said there is an issue with that app because it definitely should’ve connected immediately. And he tried it on one of the tvs in store and it also didn’t work. He also tried using two other apps which also unfortunately didn’t work. I need a refund issued immediately because I’m not happy especially where I was trying to use this feature for educational purposes with my children. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else that’s why I’m leaving a review.

One I downloaded it to see if I could even try and connect it to my portable projector because it runs through Samsung and I have an iPhone. It also connects to iPhone, but for some reason it’s not showing up I downloaded this thinking it would be a better option, but it wouldn’t even let me go through a trial run. It made me Buy premium and I can’t even use the dang app so now I’ve wasted 20 bucks because it was the only way to see if this app would even work for what I wanted it to. Seriously you should let people have a trial run before you just make them pay $20 for an app. They’re never gonna use again.

This application is not working as advertised. I connect to a smart LG tv. It connects to the same WiFi and then when I press to open the web page to transfer my iPhone screen to the TV it comes with the “web page not found” some times connects and most times it does not. The support service is nonexistent. I tried to email them within the App and a response comes back “ your phone is not setup for email” but does not explain why and how to set up. I purchase this app based on the excellent reviews. At this point I am not sharing their views. Wasted a few hours trying to make it work. I use an iPhone 15 pro.

I spent the $20 dollars for particularly the screen mirroring and web casting features, but I was excited to use all options available. Unfortunately this app was not excited to work with me because, none of them worked on either of my smart TVs after countless tries. I was lucky enough to achieve the media cast and tv remote options on at least one TV, but it’s kinda pointless considering I didn’t download the app for that reason and only 2/9 options work. It would be nice to get a refund or help on how to actually make it work :)
