At first I thought I had fallen on a scam because things weren’t working and I was sent to a chat bot that wasn’t super helpful, and figured I had just wasted my money. I then received a message from a real human and team member who has spent literally hours talking to me trying to make the app better. For this alone they deserve five stars. But I gave it 4 because it is still in the process of working out all the bells and whistles. That being said ….The Ui/ux is superb and it’s an extremely easy app to use. It’s clear that the team behind this is really interested in the project and making it the best it can possibly be, and are kind and willing to take the time to help make that happen. I look forward to seeing this app come together fully , it’s been awful searching for a good VoIP service, lost tons of money on signing up for apps that seem to be scams and I’m super grateful I found one that isn’t a scam and doesn’t bombard you with advertisements after you already paid.

I got this yesterday then realized what u paid for was not unlimited you get 1000 minutes to use. I could not place a call nor receive calls I could not text nor receive text yet it took minutes off and there is about 980 and something left. I really am disappointed. I then emailed them for a full refund I had not had the phone line or app no more than 45 minutes. I emailed them to get a refund and told them my issues about the not being unlimited, couldn’t make or receive calls nor texts and they responded it’s not u limited but did not say anything about giving me my refund. They got free money off of me and it’s just not right! I have cancelled the service and still have not heard anything else nor have I received my refund for a service I couldn’t use! Awful!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE LINE..! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH PINGER OK SERVICE GOOD ENOUGH THAT I HAD IT FOR TWO YEARS THEN DECIDED TO GET SOMETHING NEW AND THIS ONE IS NOT IT!!! At all I hate I tried it
