This company provides an innovative way to keep tabs on our health with a product that is easy to use. As other reviewers noted, this product is not meant to replace labs and discussions with health care providers, but it does give users an insight into the correspondence between how they are experiencing stress and how this might be reflected in a lab-like marker. Unlike a few other reviewers, I found the product easy to use, the instructions super clear, as they walk you through the process step by step. I also appreciated getting setup instructions before the tests even arrived. If it weren’t for the high price of the tests, I would certainly use it more often.

Really need to figure out camera scanning

The app, as well as the product, are pretty easy to use. The issue I have is with scanning the strip: it takes at least 2 to 5 minutes for it to recognize and finally submit the results.I sort of feel like this is similar to when online banking deposits first came out and you were trying to get your checks to work. Now it works great, but when online banking first started, it was almost impossible to get your checks scanned and deposited. I feel like Eli is going through the same issue with these sticks.I'm about ready to stop using the product because it's so frustrating. They don't let you turn on the camera flashlight, but it has to be done in a well-lit room, so I've taken to using a flashlight. Holding it while also trying to hold my phone perfectly steady is difficult because if you move a millimeter, it'll stop reading the results.I know I'm close and it's working because it'll tell me to move further away. Then I move further away, everything's perfectly lined up, and nothing happens. I keep having to go back and forth, and it'll start to go and then stop numerous times before it finally goes. I think the information I'm getting is helpful, but getting to that information has been infuriating.
