What's new in Triply Business Send money - Bank transfers abroad now ask for the details each country needs, and check the SWIFT/BIC code as you type. - We look up your recipient's bank account before you enter an amount, so you can see exactly who you're paying. - Kenyan bank transfers only need the bank and the account number. - A new "Sending to" card on the amount screen shows your recipient for every payment method. Approvals - Requests to send money to another business now appear in Approvals with the amount, fee, recipient and reason. - See the exchange rate, reference and request date, and preview any supporting documents before you approve. - The insufficient-funds warning now accounts for the fee. Flights - See the ticketing deadline for every reservation in your local time, with a countdown on your flights list. - The ticket time limit turns amber, then red, as the deadline gets close. - Multi-city and round-trip bookings show every leg before you reserve. - Fare conditions now show the airline's own change, cancellation and no-show rules. - Meals, seat selection, Wi-Fi and personal item allowances come straight from the fare. - Passenger details no longer ask for passport or ID photos. - The same passport or national ID number can't be added twice to one booking. - Search your bookings by traveller or route, and scroll through them page by page. - Clearer status labels, and Issue Ticket right on the booking details. Hotels - Each room now takes up to 6 adults and 4 children. - Every new booking starts fresh, with no rooms carried over from the last hotel. - If a room can't be booked, choosing another room keeps the rest of your selection. Finance - Overview is back in the Finance menu, with issued and active cards for each currency. - Payment request statuses are colour-coded. - Card payment transactions show the customer's KYC status and verification link. Verification codes - Codes now use separate boxes and submit as soon as you enter the last digit. - Resend Code now works when you view, freeze or delete a card. Plus bug fixes and improvements.

Wallet security • A new Security section in Settings lets you choose how wallet actions are confirmed. • Set up a wallet PIN, or reset it if you've forgotten it. • The unlock screen now follows the method you chose, whether PIN or one-time code. Payment and checkout links • Cleaner detail screens for payment links and checkout links. • Checkout links now show how the service fee is split between you and your customer. • Checkout link titles no longer have a length limit. Follow its approval and see your new card the moment it's ready. Smarter payment and checkout links Every link now shows you the payment it received. And when you create one, you decide who covers the Triply service fee. A friendlier Sales Hub Lead agents now show up with their initials, and every lead tells you exactly who's on it. Special requests for hotel bookings • Add requests like early check-in, late checkout or an airport transfer while you're booking a room. • Review them on the booking summary before you pay, and edit a request without losing what you typed. Better payment plans • Your deposit now counts as the first payment of the plan and carries its payment method through the rest. • Percentage instalments show exactly what they come to as you type. • Plans support up to 24 instalments, and your totals stay in view while you build one. • Saved plans reopen with your percentage deposit intact. Fixes and polish • Fixed a crash when moving between screens while something was still loading. • Clearer messages when a request can't reach us. • Hotel guest details load faster, and room availability is confirmed before you're asked to pay. • Invoice descriptions now only need 20 characters.
