I like the simplicity and directness of the app. User friendly and easy to use and navigate.Titan IR is really what I have been truly impressed with. I have found that consistency (2 weeks +) has giving me the best results. I have more focus and energy after wearing Titan IR. I wear it before business meetings and I notice that I’m not always searching for the proper word to say, it just appears as if my brain is making the connections faster. As a judo/jiujitsu player, I wear Titan IR before training, and I notice that I’m able to problem solve quicker during practice. The ability to remain focused while exhausted has helped my overall growth in these workouts.
