Rört is your new movement community in Copenhagen: We believe that sports should be about having fun, moving, sweating, learning, meeting people. About using the mind as much as the body, and about developing more than just muscles.
With classes ranging from yoga, running, parkour and acroyoga, to a heartful fightclub, meditation and dance sessions, we are exploring connections with ourselves, each other and our environment. For our special events, we have handstand sessions, concerts, Thai Yoga Massage workshops and a choir!
