In this release we focused on enhancing airworthiness directives. Now based on your airframe we pull suggested AD's from the FAA for you to review and add. We will continue to enhance this service to be more feature rich in the future

Lots of work in this release as we introduce the initial release of the instructor network. Not only does air-boss allow clubs and schools allow the managment of airframes, members, and maintenance. It now freely offers the ability for instructors to create a profile and for students to connect with and schedule instruction. We will continue to make updates as we continue to refine this exciting feature.

Who doesn't like a fresh coat of paint? This release is the first release that includes some changes to the UI whose aim is to improve the overall look and feel of the app.

-Smarter Flight Logging Aircraft Hobbs and tach times now update automatically when you log a flight. No more manual tracking — the system keeps your meters accurate. -Gap Detection Missed a flight entry? The app now detects gaps in your flight chain and flags them so nothing falls through the cracks. -Better Reservation Management Past reservations now show "Awaiting Log" until you log the flight or dismiss them, Swipe left to dismiss reservations you no longer need, Completed flights automatically clear from your upcoming list

• Document management — Upload, view, and track your pilot documents (medical, certificates, endorsements) right from the app. Admins can review and approve submissions with a full audit trail. • Notification preferences — Fine-tune which notifications you receive with per-category toggles for flights, maintenance, documents, and more. • Document expiration alerts — Automatic notifications when your documents are expiring, submitted for review, or approved.

Better Offline Experience The app now handles connection issues gracefully — no more confusing error screens. You'll see a friendly message with a retry button, and the app automatically reconnects when service is restored. Startup Crash Fixed Resolved an issue that could cause the app to crash on launch for some users. Under the Hood Performance improvements, code modernization, and general stability enhancements.

Document Management — Admins define required docs, members upload, admins approve. Full compliance tracking with audit trails. Inline Previews — See your uploaded licenses, medicals, and certificates right in the app. No more placeholder icons. Smart Notifications — Know instantly when docs need review, get approved, or are about to expire.

In this release we added a couple of nice to haves in the MX space which include: -Push notification when an aircraft is grounded -Multiple MX categories to track progression -MX notes seprate from squawk comments. -Some general UI cleanup We are always listening to feedback to improve the app

In this release we've added some new features to make your maintenance experience a little easier. -We've added the ability to track the number of landings for a reservation so you can see if people need to be a little more gentle on the tires -When logging a flight now you can specify that it's a maintenance flight, in case your org does not charge for mx flights We love to hear from you so we can make the app better! Because of that we added the ability to provide feedback in the pilot menu we have a `send feedback` option so you can tell us what works, doesn't work, what you would like to have.

-New club-wide Messaging broadcasts for admins (push + in‑app Comms). -Comms now shows a badge for unread broadcast announcements. -Aircraft maintenance warnings now respect club‑defined IFR/GPS thresholds. -Reorder your aircraft cards and keep your preferred order. -General reliability and performance improvements.

In this release we are putting more power in the hands of the club by giving them the ability to define warning and critical threshold values for maintenance operations. Now in the club management section administrators can set the values for when an item should show up as a caution or a warning.

Fixed a small bug with the quick flight functionality

A couple of small bugs to squash and oh yeah.. We added an optional quick fly button that allows clubs and schools to go fly without having to reserve an aircraft.
