I downloaded this game because it was advertised as requiring “no ads.” The first 20 levels, this was true (there was a small banner ad at the bottom of the screen, but no annoying pop-ups). I did not have to watch a single ad in order to play. After that, ads started to play between levels, which really bothers me, since I thought I had finally found a game that wouldn’t subject me to the same repetitious ads.The game is fun, but I’m not sure how long I’ll play now that it no longer has the bonus of no ads.

You have an option to watch an advertisement in order to gain 60 seconds, but you don’t get no seconds at all and sometimes you continue to lose the seconds that you already have when watching an advertisement. Then there are closed boxes that you have to watch an advertisement in order to open them, which are long advertisements and at the same time you’re watching these advertisements, you are losing seconds. While listening to the advertisement, you can hear the music of your game still playing as it is actively taking seconds away. You have only 3 to 4 minutes to play a game before you lose, so if you have only 3 minutes, you now only have 2 1/2 minutes. Along with is advertising box, there are 3 or 4 boxes that are simultaneously opening and shutting for 14 seconds at a time, which makes it almost impossible to bet the game. I don’t know if it’s glitches or away for them to get you to purchase advertising free game. Not good business. I give it 3 stars because I do enjoy the game and I am only level 250 without making a purchase, but I took away 2 stars for false advertisement.

I enjoy the game but not that much to buy it , I play it free with ads but as I passed levels, the ads start getting more annoying after 30th level, I get them more than before and when X it out, ad come back again and I have to continually X it out 3 or 4 times more to keep playing. Now I passed 50th level and ads comes during playing a level and interrupt the game, so frustrating trying to make it on time , on top of it, there is an ad showing another game with a message saying “the game needs to be updated “ and it’s hard to get it out and freeze the app. I checked it before and it’s another similar game , not this one. I had another game before similar like this and I had to delete it because of the annoying ads and I couldn’t past a level because time given was 3 and so many pieces to match that it was impossible to pass levels . I may have to delete this one also because of the excessive ads and freezing during game.

I have tried to locate a way to contact the developer about issues, but there is no “Help” selection within the game or through the App Store. Even when you select the developer’s link from the app’s page in the App Store, there is no link for help or to contact them. My issue is that when I earn a reward (coins) after completing a level, there are many times that I do not receive it. Also, when an ad has ended, and you select to exit, you still have to go through and exit out of three more screens and/or you may have to view a second ad. I don’t mind watching an ad, but I don’t appreciate the aggravation of not being able to exit an ad after I have watched it, and I don’t like watching a second ad that does not result in some benefit. There should always be a way to contact someone for help or support.
