• New: On the iPad and the Mac, the entry you looked at last opens again after a relaunch; without one, the top entry of All Topics. • Fixed: With Premium, low storage no longer offers more storage; the hint suggests emptying the bin instead. • New: In the built-in browser, a long press on reload clears the browser data for this website, for example after signing in with the wrong account. Settings, Support also has Clear Browser Data. • New: Drag photos, files and links from other apps straight onto a topic, a filter such as All Topics, an open topic or an entry. Dropped onto a filter they land in 4later and get filed automatically.

• New: Moving an entry into a shared topic now asks first, so nothing lands with all members by mistake. • Enhanced: Automatic assignment now has two switches: into your private topics (on) and into topics you share (off). An entry that fits one of your shared topics now waits in 4later with its suggestion until you tap it. • Enhanced: Sharing an entry with a long press or a swipe now also asks which attachments and notes to send.

• New: "Send Copy" lets you choose which attachments and notes to send. • Fixed: Swiping between attachments now also works on Word documents. • Fixed: When you archive, delete, restore or complete several entries at once and some of them can't be changed, 4later now says how many and keeps exactly those selected. • Minor improvements and bug fixes.

• Enhanced: While the AI analyses an entry, the list shows a preview of the summary; if it takes longer, it says so. • Fixed: Undo after moving an entry could occasionally close the app. • Fixed: The requests for microphone, camera, photos, speech recognition and calendar access now appear in your language.

• New: "Copy to …" next to "Move" copies an entry with all its attachments into a topic. Pick the entry's own topic to duplicate it. • Fixed: Turning on, renewing or turning off your email import address now says when it did not work, for example without a connection. • After you sign out, the device no longer receives that account's notifications, and its stored data is removed from the device. • Fixed: The arrows that page through attachments now also respond to taps near their edge, on iPhone and iPad. • Improved: Starting the app and opening a window no longer wait for the system's notification service.

• New: Restoring from an archived topic lets you choose the whole topic or only this entry. • Without a connection 4later tells you right away: when moving, sharing, saving and in the chat, with "Send again". • On the iPad the reminder buttons on a notification work even when 4later was closed. • Calendar: "Edit in Calendar" opens the event again, and a device without access no longer switches sync off. • Mac: a crash after importing from the iCloud Drive folder is fixed, and the folder button opens Finder. • Voice memos stay at normal speed with Bluetooth headphones, and large videos get a real preview picture. • Many actions that used to fail silently now say so clearly, including a video the AI could not analyze.

• Enhanced: The assistant understands questions like "What is on my shopping list?" and finds the open entries of the matching topic. • Various optimizations and bug fixes.

Save with Siri: what you dictate becomes the note of the new item, and 4later adds a short title. Plus general improvements and optimizations.

• Fixed: The item editor no longer shows a single attachment's AI note twice. • Fixed: When you request a second data export on the same day, the app now tells you when the next one is possible.

• New: A saved Apple Maps or Google Maps link shows a map of the place as its preview, and its menu opens the place in Apple Maps or Google Maps. • Minor improvements and bug fixes.

• Enhanced: In the built-in browser, links within the saved website stay in 4later; links to other websites open in Safari. • Fixed: "Use as preview" is only available once the page has finished loading, so the preview no longer shows a half-loaded page.

• New: In the built-in browser, "Use as preview" saves what you see as the link's preview image and bases the summary on that page, for example after signing in. • New: folder import. Files you put into iCloud Drive (4later/Import) or into a connected Dropbox (Apps/4later Import) become entries automatically. Set it up under Settings > Import. • Minor improvements and bug fixes.
