To enable it, please follow these steps:System Settings → General Settings → Purchase/Sales → Turn on “Allow staff to edit orders created by other staff”Once enabled, your staff will be able to edit each other’s orders freely.As for the issue with not being able to take additional orders, we’d love to look into this further.
