Safe Routes is an “app” with a safe and effective way of getting kids to and from school to include mapping, directions, student pictures, parent notification when kids get on and off the bus, MAS/Wengage compatible.
No student ever gets off at the wrong stop (designated stops with picture identification).
Parents receive immediate feedback when student enters or exits the bus (driver clicks the picture, the parent receives notification). SDE approved School Security Grant expenditure Safe Routes doesn’t provide the device or the cell provider for the devices.
The app is being designed for Apple IPad IOS.
