Coaching Services - Lisa is an IFBBPRO with over 10 years of stage experience in every division. She has placed top 5 on the Pro stage in Figure, Physique and Wellness and nationally as an amateur placing top 5 in all divisions. Lisa K is also a posing coach, so she includes some posing with her competition service. Lisa K Coaching is for both Lifestyle and Competition clients. Lisa is a former teacher and Assistant Principal, so education has been her life prior to coaching. She possesses multiple degrees including her M.Ed. Educating her clients and making them feel good about themselves, having them reach their goals and become healthier and happier individuals is her purpose. Lifestyle clients wishing to tone up, lose weight, get on a regular schedule and eat healthier are encouraged to apply. Both Lifestyle and Competition clients are provided with all meals, training, and supplement plans. Many clients go to Lifestyle/Off Season while not in competition prep. Weekly check-ins closely monitor all clients as well as Facetime meetings and face to face when possible. Prices are very competitive.
