Fixes: - fixed the display issue for the cards icons - fixed the issue regarding the display of the correct template during the editing of the business card and then affecting the card being saved - fixed the issue of call-center and fax info not being displayed - removed support phone as it is redundant, call-center phone can be used instead - fixed the issue on Reuse view when editing the cards - only owned cards should be visible - fixed the formatting for the cards dropdown on the Reuse view
