New Features & Improvements - Managers can now review and approve cross-site shift pickup requests directly in S4 Manage, making it easier to manage staffing across multiple locations. - Requests from your own employees are shown at the top of the approval list, with all other requests sorted by distance from the employee’s home site to the shift site. - Each request clearly displays the employee’s name, home site, and distance to the shift, helping you make informed decisions. - New sort and filter options let you organise requests by distance, name, or home site. - When a shift pickup is approved, all other pending requests for that shift are automatically rejected and removed from the list. Fixes & Enhancements - The approval list updates instantly when you approve or reject a request, so you always see the latest information. - Improved error messages if there’s an issue processing approvals or rejections. - Requests for shifts that are filled, cancelled, or withdrawn are now removed automatically from the approval screen. - General performance and reliability improvements for a smoother management experience.
