They actually have a decent selection of watch faces but if you can't actually download them what good is the App. Ive set Zep to discoverable, synced the watch and when I try to download it forces me to watch two ads. After that the download just hangs there and nothing happens. Then it try's to make me watch two more ads. It's a vicious cycle and not worth the effort. Scammers.

Try to turn off and on Discoverable mode inside Zepp app. Bluetooth and location of phone should be ON while syncing watch face with watch. Hope this helps you.
Ads freezing and not working

Every watch face has three ads playing before download. Once the second ad finish playing, the app will freeze and stop working and it has being consistent in doing that. Developers should limit the ads playing to two max to keep the app running.

First Turn off and on discoverable mode inside Zepp app. Then use our app to download and sync watch face. It will work.
I updated my app and all the faces disappeared.

I updated my app and all my saved faces disappeared. I have very few faces now, and the ones I had before the update are completely gone. I had a favorite one, and now it's gone. I'm very upset.
