تأسست جمعية الجبيل الخيرية للخدمات الاجتماعية بترخيص رقم (١٠) في ٢٠ / ٥ / ١٣٨٩ هـ تحت إشراف وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية ٫ وتقدم خدماتها للمستفيدين في كل من (محافظة الجبيل ــ الجبيل الصناعية ــ إسكان القاعدة البحرية ــ إسكان تحلية المياه ــ المراكز والهجر التابعة لها ) .

جمعية تهتم ببناء المستفيد لتمكنه من حياة كريمة و برامج نوعية و شراكة مجتمعية و تنمية مستدامة .
