I get why you would need to have like your password for like when you get the app but what I don’t understand is if we already have the tree in Safari, why do you need to redo it? It’s really hard because sometimes I forget a lot of things like I forgot my password to get into my account so now I can’t read any of my messages until I put the right password in, but I forgot it so I don’t know like the password is so I can’t read any of the messages because I go to Safari. I can’t read them either because I have to get the app to read them because there’s too much of a high usage, so I’m also kind of confused. I guess about it like why can’t you read messages on Safari?

i decided to have my own deco tree this year after getting links from friends in the past and i was excited to open my letters/ornaments today because the whole concept of the tree is you don’t open the messages till christmas right? well i go to open the messages on the website and it makes me download the app OR i can open the messages on the 26th so tmrw. i decide to download the app and i am met with an ad. after the ad “rudolph” tells me either buy someone a coffee???? OR watch 3 ads. anyways i watched the ads and rudolph says the same thing AGAIN. keep in mind these ads were decently length and i assumed it would be worth my time. I THOUGHT WRONG! such a waste of time and effort when i have no success in even seeing my messages from my friends. i would not recommend wasting your time on this app, yes the idea seems fun and cute but in reality it’s waste of time and an absolute disappointment if you’re expecting to actually open your messages on christmas day. i will try again tmrw on the website but i’ll be very shocked if it actually allows me to see my messages. awful app. also i have an issue with using it while connected to wifi, i have to disconnect my wi-fi and use my data anytime i go on their website or app which isn’t that big of a deal but definitely something they should fix. and it’s not because i have bad wi-fi because it’s the only app that does that to me and my friends have the same issue. ANYWAYS DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

You people are going to the lowest pits of heck for the games you've played with my christmas. you can say what you want about high volume but this whole thing was a scam to get money from ad websites. It's predatory services like you that ruin the internet. i know your game. if it were really about whatever innocent reasoning you claim to make it so you Have to download an app that Makes you watch ads for your tree which of course, couldn't be specified in the beginning because then you wouldn't have gotten as many sign ups, would you have? If it were really about that, and not your greed, you would've made it much more accessible. no this was ur plan all along. to make messages inaccessible through the website because you can make more money that way. it's actually disgusting behavior. you literally have a tally of trees on ur website but somehow, it's unexpected u would have this much traffic today? i am alone on christmas today and jus spent over an hour crying bc one of the only things i had to look forward to today was these stupid messages from my friends and u made it so unreasonably difficult for no reason other than money. Evil. Shame on u.

I had seen a friend getting little ornaments and wanted to try it for myself cause the concept is very cute.I realize that you have to wait to Christmas to see said messages. Christmas is here and I try to open the ornaments on the website. Then the website tells me that I need to download the actual app to read the messages because there’s “high volume” on the website. Whatever, I download the app and I’m met with like 6 ads but they disguise them as like “ 1”at a time. Plus I have to watch “3 ads” for Rudolph to give me my messages.. fine whatever, at this point I’m annoyed already. Then I click my ornaments to read the messages and … NOTHING! It’s blank. There’s a blank page with 1/3 on the bottom. I clicked on another ornament and the same thing. Oh but clicking on Rudolph to watch more ads works… yeah thanks for nothing. I wasted all that time just to not read any of the messages I received. I know you need ad revenue. But at least fix the app and make it work before you infuriate people with ad after ad.
