I started about a month ago with these short 15 min meditations and I was absolutely blown away by how much time I get back. It feels as though I spend 15 minutes a day to get back 2 hours in what would normally be scattered and unproductive time. I am pretty type A so any downtime I feel pretty bad about but it’s nice to have a daily checkpoint to relax and get my ducks in order. To the developers, thank you for helping me get my time back.
