Over 1,000,000 people use Disciplined to build habits that stick.
Named one of the best apps of 2024. No bloat. No complicated systems. Just build your streak and don't break it.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Most habit apps overwhelm you with features you never use. Disciplined does one thing well: it keeps your streak alive and makes it painful to break.
Simple daily checklist — check off your habits — watch your streak grow.
KEY FEATURES
Daily Habit Tracking
Build any habit — fitness, reading, meditation, hydration. Check it off in seconds.
Streak Tracking
Your streak is visible every time you open the app. The longer it gets, the harder it is to stop.
Smart Reminders
Set a reminder for any habit. Get notified at the right time, not at random.
Progress & Statistics
Weekly and monthly views. See your completion rate, your best streaks, and where you're slipping.
Flexible Scheduling
Daily, weekly, specific days, or custom intervals. Disciplined fits your life, not the other way around.
Multi-Device Sync
Your habits stay in sync across all your devices automatically.
Widgets
Add a habit widget to your home screen for instant daily check-ins without opening the app.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW THROUGH
Disciplined is for people who are serious about building habits, not collecting apps. Clean design, fast to use, no subscriptions required to get started.
Over 1,000,000 people across iOS and Android have used Disciplined to build consistency in their daily routines.

Nice design and easy-to-use interface. I am using Disciplined to build daily routines and quit a couple habits. In the past, I have used Pacifica for habit tracking and lapsed when they were acquired / changed the app too much for me. After a couple days, Disciplined is proving to be a solid replacement. The habits are easy to add and customize; I like that the first option is to Build or Quit, and there are several options for amount / frequency. The ability to add custom reminder alarms/notifications is super helpful. In particular, I like the ability to choose the first day of the week in Settings. A couple suggestions: it would be nice to be able to manually change the sequence of habits on the main screen (drag and drop). It would also be nice to sort habits (name, date added, completed/not completed, etc).
Don’t pay for premium

The statistics it shows are simplistic and meaningless. There’s no way to view all of your tracked habits histories at once. They trick you into premium and only deliver on something that vaguely resembles a calendar (really just a box matrix with a “heat map” - no numbers denoted the days, no explanation as to what the colors of the boxes means). You also get a line graph that shows how many of your habits you’ve completed over time, but no info on which ones or their weight. For example, I’m trying to quit drinking. Im also trying to cook more. If I make it through a day not drinking that should count for way more “points” than if I cook one night. But they’re counted and displayed equally and you can’t even track the history of both on the same screen. You can either see the combined habits you stuck to over time or you can click into individual habits. I honestly thought it was a glitch and uninstalled/reinstalled the app when I first saw how rudimentary premium was. This is clearly just some CS major’s senior project or something. If you’re going to charge $0.99/month on this, at least put some effort into the data analytics.
This is *the* one (productivity app)

I have struggled with so many productivity apps… I like tracking by time and by frequency and i generally use an app a few times and end up deleting it. I have ADHD and this is the only app I’ve been able to use on a consistent basis because it is SO easy to use and so intuitive. I track how many times I’ve worked out, how much time I’ve been focused on studying per week and love how customizable it can be. (You can customize frequency by day, week, etc) - It’s SO beautifully designed. My husband who had been extremely loyal to his productivity app finally bit the bullet and bought it too. (He has seen me try 12+ apps and this is the only one he converted to)
Really great app!

I’ve been playing with this app today, and I love it so far. It’s very easy to use, there’s lots of functionality, and the click sequences are generally very intuitive. There are just two features I’d add to make it perfect: let me drag/drop to re-order habits on the mail page, and read my apple health data to automatically mark linked habits complete. For example, I added a habit to meditate daily, and it would be great if Discipline could read the Mindful Minutes I’ve logged in apple health to mark this task complete for me. Thanks for all of the hard work that when into building and maintaining this app! It’s really appreciated.
