The Citya Assistance 24/7 mobile application ensures the comfort of your building by providing quick and quality solutions. It allows you to identify your properties with just one click. For each property, taking into account your condominium agreement, the application will directly indicate who to contact in case of an emergency. If your condominium has subscribed to the 24/7 service, you benefit from: A service accessible to all residents of the condominium. A service that enables the rapid intervention of a qualified service provider in case of issues within the condominium, with controlled intervention costs and no upfront fees for preserved common areas. A dedicated number to handle crisis situations (leaks, breakdowns, etc.) occurring at night, on weekends, or holidays in your building. Citya Assistance is at your disposal in case of malfunctions such as water leaks, blockages in communal elements, electricity in common areas, heating, hot water, elevator, access to the building (parking door, garage door, entrance hall), and more.
