What is WalkWork?
WalkWork is a step counter application where the more you walk, the more rewards you earn. You can exchange the rewarded energy for the rewards of your choice.

How to Use WalkWork?

50% ILLEGAL FRAUD

Two stars for WalkWork because yes, they sometimes behave "legally" and reward you for your steps. Unfortunately, however, the other 50% of the time is extreme, time wasting FRAUD. First, there's no explanation behind why apps pop up ad hoc randomly while you're collecting your steps. Second, far more atrociously, half the ads are for Temu, the professional Chinese scam company. Even worse, EVERY TEMU AD AUTOMATICALLY OPENS YOUR WEB BROWSER, THEN THE APP STORE! Click on the advertisement to start the video, then leave your phone 500 yards away from any organic entity? Doesn't matter! WalkWork's Temu ads automatically force open Safari and the App Store. Yes, you need to work hard to rack up the steps (annoying doesn't sync with Fitbit or Apple Health!). But you need to work even harder to prevent WalkWork from perpetuating its incessant ILLEGAL FRAUD.UPDATE: The developer's response just proved even more definitively that the company does not employ actual "humans" who actually "read reviews". Yes, I am sorry to hear that you had a fire at your factory! But no, the fire has exactly ZERO PERCENT effect on (1) your choice to partner with the illegal fraud specialists at Temu. Nor does it change the fact that (2) your app ILLEGALLY FORCE-OPENS the web browser and the App Store after every Temu video! Fix those two enormous problems, plus (3) add actual Fitbit or Apple Health syncing, and your app would be amazing. Til then, your app is conceptually good, but on reality almost unusable!

I had this app for a while. It was ok for what it was. Then suddenly, the ads just started popping up, like everywhere, and all the time. Even when you’re trying to collect your energy. One step = one energy. Also the bonuses: one bonus still equals one energy. You also can get more energy with the surveys. But those are also a hit or miss, and can vary. I don’t expect to get rich or anything. More so, just some extra spending money. The payout is legit, & I was happy about that.The ads however, counteract the whole purpose of this app. So it’s just not worth my time anymore. Especially for not receiving anything additional for watching the ads. It’s literally forced. You can’t collect anything unless you watch, which is like every other energy you try to collect.

Apart from that, I have two Paypal accounts, American and Latin and are they going to block me for that?I’m registered from my Apple account.
