I had a very disappointing experience with Frnd app. After recharging with my hard-earned money, I noticed that a large number of coins were deducted after a call that lasted only a few seconds. The coin deduction did not make sense to me, and it made me seriously question the transparency of this app.If you are using FriendUp, WATCH YOUR COIN BALANCE carefully before and after EVERY SINGLE CALL. Take screenshots if necessary. If you notice an unexpected deduction, immediately raise a complaint through chat support or customer support and ask them to explain exactly where your coins went.Personally, I would NOT recommend spending your hard-earned money on this app unless you are completely comfortable with how the coin charges and deductions work. My experience felt like a trap—recharge, make a very short call, and suddenly see your coins disappear.Save your money and think twice before recharging. Don’t blindly trust the balance. Keep checking every transaction and every call.I hope FriendUp improves its transparency and provides users with a clear breakdown of every coin deducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this app.
Advertising feels misleading

Please don’t mislead people through Instagram promotions claiming that you can talk to strangers in the USA. I’ve tried it three times, and every time I was matched with people from India. They were also extremely talkative, which makes me wonder if this app is simply more popular in India and is now being heavily promoted in the US market.If that’s the case, I feel the advertising is misleading. As someone living in the US, this has honestly been a waste of time. I could be wrong, but this is my genuine experience and feedback.
