Misl Satluj: Upholding the Miri-Piri Legacy for Justice and Rights Misl Satluj is an organization founded on the Miri-Piri principle of Sikhi, which represents the perfect balance of spiritual and temporal sovereignty. Rooted in the traditions of Sikh resistance and selfless service, Misl Satluj is dedicated to defending the rights of oppressed minorities, especially Sikhs, who have faced systematic suppression in India. Our Mission Misl Satluj strives to be the voice of those who have been marginalized, working tirelessly to secure justice, equality, and self-determination for communities that continue to suffer under political and social oppression. Through legal advocacy, public awareness, and grassroots activism, we aim to challenge state injustice and uphold the fundamental human rights enshrined in democratic and humanitarian principles. Our Inspiration The name Misl Satluj draws inspiration from the great Sikh Misls that once defended Punjab’s sovereignty and ensured the dignity of its people. Following in their footsteps, we stand against all forms of state-sponsored discrimination, forced assimilation, and human rights violations.
