The app on one side is good, just for solve some math problems, and sometimes it has some bugs doing some math which is okay, but I wasn’t able to use the app for some time because I was doing some important stuff, so one day I decided to cancel subscriptions and I remembered that I have been paying this app, so I tried to cancel its subscription, but I thought it’s gonna be easy at all. It’s pretty hard to cancel it, and it drives me so crazy, I tried through the website and it didn’t work I tried on my phone and didn’t work as well. What’s come next? idk, the responding time in the team, is for two days, well I don’t know how busy are they but two days just to cancel a subscription it’s crazy.

I tried the free trial a little over a year ago. Around November 2024. As soon as I tried it I knew it wasn’t gonna be something I would use so I cancelled, or thought I did. So long story short I thought it was cancelled and this past November I realized I had a random charge from them and went back and seen they had been charging me for a year. My mistake as I couldn’t find any email showing I cancelled it either so I got over it. Went to cancel again (November/December), again, thought I cancelled and today I see a charge from them again. I tried cancelling again, I pressed cancel subscription and didn’t receive an email or any confirmation so I went back to check the billing and it shows I still have the subscription. Have tried it three times in the last 30 minutes and when it reloads it’s still showing a subscription. If you do the trial just know it’s gonna charge you anyway and cancelling seems to be impossible since over the phone they said to do it on the website; funny enough everything loads fast except for the billing and subscription update/ cancelling basically gets stuck on loading and then gives an error until you try a few times.

I downloaded this about a month ago on my computer. After it didn’t work for anything I tried, I deleted it and with a lack of a way to stop my free trial I attempted to delete my account. This was not enough, as I check my bank account a week later and lo and behold, I was charged 30+ dollars to my account for a service that didn’t work in the first place. After that, I wanted to contact support. The only way I found to do so was through the mobile app, which when pressed, I was then directed to the website which had no way to contact anyone, write any of their reviews, log in, cancel subscriptions, or anything else. I am beyond angry with the way this application “functions.” And if anyone who I can talk to about a refund happens to read this I would be thrilled to talk as this is the only way I am able to reach out.

The app itself is ok. It’s fast and mostly accurate for questions. I like how it’s explains how to solve things. But OH MY GOD, I finished college 6 months ago, and thought I deleted my account to stop the subscription. Nope, I’ve been being charged this whole time. I tried to delete my account because I couldn’t find a cancel option. It is incredibly tricky and slow to actually cancel your subscription. They make it extremely confusing and hidden so that you just give up. I don’t recommend it. It’s not worth the hassle when it’s time to end the subscription.
