App seems legit. Didn’t qualify for the advance however, I wanted to make this review to counter act a lot of the negative reviews saying the same thing about not being able to get another advance after repaying on time. Here’s what is says in the app about getting subsequent advances. “To encourage responsible financial management, we require a cooling-off period after a cash advance is repaid, during which customers are unable to request another cash advance. To help you keep track of when you'll be eligible for your next cash advance, we've integrated a feature into our app. Simply log in to the app to see how many days remain until you can request another cash advance.

I’m noticing a lot of people have the same issues I did started with this app. It works great then all of a sudden it stopped working. I had multiple advances. I was getting all the way up to 250 every two weeks and it worked and they got their money back. I never was late. I never had issues until this last week. They told me I wasn’t eligible so I waited a day. Told me again. I wasn’t eligible waited a day. Nothing has changed. I’ve had the same bank for 18 years the same job for 19 years, the same payday the same amount slowly increasing of course. But then all of a sudden this time they tell me there’s an issue with connecting my account. So I reset that I deleted the app and re-put it on went back in again still denied you send a message to customer service. It takes a day or two to get back to you. There’s no way for anyone to contact you after multiple pictures proving I had repaid my advance, and multiple emails first telling me one I hadn’t Paid untrue I had… With pictures to prove it. Multiple emails saying that it’s an issue with connecting. I finally got a response that said after careful review of my account, it was determined that I had violated one of their policies or something and the recommendation was to delete my account because they can and will no longer accept any advance request. So, where we at is I’ve deleted my account and I’m letting everybody know don’t use these guys because this is a scam. And I’m very disappointed that I wasted 67 months with them.

I saw this app in the App Store and wanted to see what it was about. I downloaded the app attempted to sign in and create an account and I got about probably halfway through, after I entered my Social Security number and my birthdate it said we are unable to verify your identity based off the information you provided us and will not be able to open an account with you. I mean, I’m as real as anybody else lol my Social Security number was right my birthday was right all the information I put in was right I own my house yet. They said I wasn’t a real person, I contacted them about it and all I got back was very response from supervisor or manager saying we cannot move forward with you because we cannot validate your identity. And then it was over that’s all I got. So yeah, I’d say one star because due to their system they weren’t able to identify me, but I’m I’m real. I’m I’m here. I’m right here and then like some sort of above us came across with this man’s attitude and he just was like I’m holier than thou so you can’t come in and I’m just like you’re the one that’s trying to come in so I would recommend going with a more legitimate money app and not this one because it seems like they’re not all up on the same page and a little chaotic.

I downloaded this for a little bit of extra cash between pays due to unexpected expenses that came up in different areas. I have worked with other apps before and I have had no problem. I did the whole routine. Your name, connecting your bank account and everything. Things you do on all the other apps to get verified. With this app, it told me they could not verify my identity. OK so I tried it again a little bit later same thing. I went to do the chat and first of all it’s the annoying AI where you can’t really talk to somebody immediately. It’s the same pre-programmed answers that you can figure out yourself. So when I finally started typing human and about getting verified, it just tells me that the agent can’t help with that that the verification process is final. I have no idea why and apparently I’ll never know why I can’t be verified. It’s a little ridiculous that you can’t get real answers. It’s fine if they don’t wanna verify me, but I would like to know the reason why I’ve never had this problem before. It’s also aggravating when a company can’t explain to you what’s the reasoning is and that they just expect you to deal with whatever they tell you
