Transaction History and account balance is often blatantly wrong. Simple subtraction from the balance isn’t right sometimes by as much as $5. Not to mention the running balance is shown as you spend money, like normal, so everything that’s pending comes out of that available balance, but no. The running balance changes with the wind even when no new transactions have been made. It shows a running balance based on what charges you have pending and then seems to charge those pending charges out of said balance. On multiple occasions I’ve had jumps as big as -$400 with zero justification. Even when I do the math from these subtractions the difference isn’t even correct. It’s borderline fraud and completely deceptive. Every time the app dashboard is redone parts of the account history is completely lost.
