I’ve taken a lot of T breaks and this was the easiest one I’ve ever done. 30 days sounds like a lot but an app honestly helped so much to keep me accountable and focused on my goal. Daily check-ins, and little lessons that made me think about my weed use and reflect on what I want out of it. It seems stupid to use an app especially one you gotta pay for to have the full experience of 30 days, but it actually worked for me! I went from smoking every single day and it being the highlight of everyday to going days without even thinking about weed at all. It sounds insane but I really recommend trying this

I wasn’t even able to get past the onboarding. There’s a slider at the very beginning that I couldn’t even get to move. Therefore I couldn’t get past that part. the app itself is a wonderful idea and I was looking forward to tracking with this app, but I couldn’t figure out how to sign up. But my faith in this app was kinda ruined right from the start because the developer doesn’t seem to know the difference between swiping up and swiping down. You’ll see what I mean if you decide to download it. I’ll see if I have people complain about it and they fix it within the next day or so, otherwise this reveal will stand and I’m deleting it off my phone.UPDATE: after communicating with the developer, and after some changes in the app were made, I’m able to access everything perfectly! This app works great and I’m looking forward to seeing where it leads me. I will update again

This app has some good tips if you stay engaged with it. The idea of using it to connect with others is nice though I seems like users all fit in a similar category. It has some major flaws. It constantly pops up notifications with the word “weed” in them. If you are in a professional setting or want to be discreet, that’s doesn’t work. The breadth of the target audience seems too specific. Most testimonials and video tips are done by young males. If you’re not in that category, it doesn’t feel like it’s made for you. It tracks your (lack of) smoking for 30 days, not beyond. Bummer if your goal is anything else. Once you get to 30 days, it asks you to answer a few questions to get a breakdown of the goals you met. If you don’t agree to film a testimony, you can’t seem to get past that part. Overall, I’d say it was helpful for the first few days to week of using it, then repetitive.

We are working on improving the moderation program. We will take a look at the notifications for privacy and continue to make sure we can include an older and more female demographic of actors. I do not believe I could have come as far as I have without the Clear 30 app. There is a wonderful community of other smokers trying to quit that you can chat with, even an ai bot to help with any other issues. Daily check ins have helped me tremendously. Also fun to see how much money you’ve saved and how far you have come. I 100% recommend this app to anyone trying to quit smoking or even dial down your intake. 10/10 app
