It is riddled with issues logging in. Could not create a new account after several tries. You get to the end and they post they are experiencing issues, try try again. Also after I finally logged in, the App doesn’t quite fit the Apple iPhone 15 screen, menus are cutoff at the bottom or barely visible. With the billions of dollars being made on this event, you would think the app would be more reliable. Scary that this will control my tickets.

Horrible experience. Inexcusable for FIFA CWC to have such an amateurish App that practically does not work at all. Bought my tickets with an arm and a leg, and went through a rabbit-hole of instructions to register on the CWC app to access my tickets. No tickets. I keep getting email reminders to access my tickets. But when I try to do so, no tickets. Deleted and reinstalled the App, STILL NO TICKETS, with only 5 hours to go for gates to open, and 7 hours for kick-off. And NO CERTAINTY at all that I will get the tickets before gates open. And we are one year away from the World Cup!!! Imagine the chaos trying to purchase tickets for World Cup matches with this kind of service!!!I gave it a 1-star rating. I would have chosen a -1 star(minus 1 star) if that option were available.

I purchased tickets through the fifa app in FEBRUARY. Got the confirmation email and a $700+ charge on my card. Their site says tickets would be available no earlier than May. It’s halfway through May and the match I bought tickets for is less than a month out and I still have no clue where my tickets are. Can’t find them anywhere within the app, haven’t gotten an email about them since the initial confirmation about my ticket purchase going through, and trying to contact anyone in support is impossible. Why can I not view tickets I paid for in FEBRUARY when we’re now in MAY and my tickets are for TWENTY ONE DAYS FROM NOW. Where are my tickets??? This has been nothing but stress for months

Over a week ago I emailed FIFA Rewards support because 1,000 pts weren’t credited to my account after I made a purchase from the official store through the challenge link. I get an email 9 days later that they are still working on my query and thanking me for my patience. Today, I log in and all my points have vanished. Down to zero. Email back asking for support, and no response. If this were my developer, they would have been gone the minute these one star reviews started stacking up. This is the biggest (and most expensive) World Cup in history and between missing tickets reported here and a terrible FIFA Rewards experience, it’s clear they’re just focused on making money.
