The app is good when it works. I do get an error almost every other time though when I open it on IOS. It says “could not open app, please try again in a few minutes” then gives the option to reload the app or close. It tends to still not work even after waiting.

The donuts are great but it’s impossible to put in an online order. There’s like 50 different features on the app, most of them are extra fluff. I don’t care about a full menu or directions to the store. That wouldn’t matter but the most important feature, ordering online, is very difficult. It takes a few minutes to do on their website so I would recommend just doing that.
