Josh Goldy Fitness program has changed my life.The app is easy to use, keeps everything organized, and makes tracking workouts, nutrition, and progress simple. What truly sets this program apart is Josh himself. He’s incredibly present, genuinely invested in your success, and consistently provides feedback, guidance, and accountability every step of the way.It’s a complete lifestyle program teaching you sustainable habits and how to fuel your body to work for you instead of against you. If you’re willing to trust the process and stay consistent, the results are real and worth it.

Not only is this app incredibly glitchy, the program is a total SCAM. The app barely works, the chat feature glitches every time I open it, the videos stop your music & don’t automatically re-start it. If you change the specific lift, the video for the new workout doesn’t change with it, you have to exit out of the app completely & re-start it for the correct video to populate. You can’t add “.5” to the food log, so you can’t log half of anything, the water tracking feature didn’t work, it’s so bad lol. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! They will tell you and promise anything they can to get you to agree to sign up & then there is absolutely no follow through. I am truly assuming these other 5 star reviews are employees because they were all posted on either May 13 or April 15… so I’m sure a memo went out to the team to rate it on those days. Horrible app, horrible company, you pay thousands of dollars & receiving virtually zero 1:1 support.

I have been on the program for a Year. I’m so grateful for this program & the support I have received. I have always been active, but somehow life would interrupt, & I would find myself struggling. I wish someone would have explained to me how to be consistent, mindful, and aware of the importance of stacking your wins. The exercise portion is the easier part for me. The nutrition, YIKES. Having someone who cares about YOU & YOUR needs is invaluable. I have learned & re-learned so much. My deepest heartfelt thanks to the entire Team at JGF!!! Incredible People with hearts of GOLD!!!

I’ve been using the app and program for almost 4 months and haven’t gone a day without using it since I started. It’s very easy to use,to log my workouts, to log my macros, use the community, connect with my coach and track my progress overall. I love the water tracker, period tracker and how I could connect my Apple phone to the app to also see my steps. The app is a great tool for overall health and wellness with using the JGF program.
