BoB Tools is for teams that work in the field: offline mobile forms, live tables, dashboards and share links.
Build a form once and your team fills it in from their phones — with no signal, in a basement, on the road. Everything is stored on the device and syncs the moment the connection is back, so nothing is ever lost.
WHAT YOU GET
• Offline-first forms — orders, site visits, inspections, deliveries, clients
• Live tables — every submission lands in a spreadsheet you can filter and sort
• Dashboards and reports — totals, averages and counts per column
• Share links — send a form or a table to a customer or a contractor, no account needed
• Photos and documents attached to any record
• AI helpers — build a form from a description, pull text out of a photo
• Connects to Claude and other AI clients over MCP
• Works on phone, tablet and in the browser at web.bob.tools
BUILT FOR FIELD WORK
Delivery and logistics, construction and maintenance, service crews, retail audits, agriculture, inspections and inventory — anywhere a paper checklist is still doing the job.
PRICING
Free to start, with no time limit: 25 forms, 500 records, 100 MB of storage, 1 team seat and 250 MCP calls a day. Grow past that and you pay as you go, only for the extra files, records, seats and storage you use. BoB Pro and BoB Max raise the daily AI allowance and remove the MCP call limit. Share links, dashboards and the REST API are free.
