Here are new features available in Solo: - Absences. While creating a task, select route “Task to Register Absence”, and then fill in the parameters, for example the period and the reason for your absence. - New signature kinds. Now you can sign documents with a personal signature or an acquaintance signature. Whether these options are available to you depends on signature settings in Directum RX. - External authentication via OpenID Connect 1.0. An administrator can configure the sign-in to Solo using providers Avanpost FAM and Keycloak.

Here are new features available for Directum RX 25.1: - Limited number of tasks, assignments, and notices displayed in offline folders “Inbox”, “Sent”, and their flow folders. This speeds up loading of changed data. To view all items, just scroll down the list. - Screenshot blocking. If it’s enabled, you won’t be able to take a screenshot or record a video of the screen. This helps to protect confidential data that employees handle in the app. These settings are configured by a system administrator. In addition, when working with Directum RX, you can use the “Apply” button to apply new sorting or filtering criteria in “Inbox” or “Sent” folders.

We fixed an issue with documents from archived files. You can once again open them for preview.

In the new version for Directum RX 4.12: - The content of search folders added to “Inbox” and “Local” is displayed only if your device is online. To view the content offline, contact your system administrator. - You can send consecutive free-approval tasks. That way you can get documents approved by employees in a specific order. In addition to that, Directum Solo no longer supports CryptoPro CSP 4.0. To be able to sign documents using a GOST certificate, you will need a license to CryptoPro CSP 5.0.

In some cases, Solo couldn't update data, for example, if your device ran out of RAM. Fixed.

We recommend you to plan an update carefully. Once it is finished, the system data will be re-downloaded to the app. It might take some time. Directum Solo 2.21 supports iOS 18. Meet the new features introduced for work with Directum RX 4.11: - Task thread is now visible only if your device is connected to the Internet. That allows for faster data sync because the app does not download changes in task threads in background. Directum RX system administrator can enable display of task threads without Internet. - When adding an attachment to a task, assignment, or notice, you can now select the desired attachment group. This option is available if there are several groups to which you can add a document. - In an assignment to review a document, an action item now can be added right from the "Resolutions" tab. - You can view knowledge base articles right in Solo. It may be convenient, for example, for experts of knowledge areas who approve such articles.

In some cases, changes to system objects weren't displayed after app data was updated. Fixed

Here are the latest features: - Online folders whose content is available in Solo only if there is internet access. This accelerates data loading on your device. On the home page, an online folder is marked with a special icon. By default, the “Sent” folder, its flow folders and other subfolders are online folders. A Directum RX administrator can configure the list of online folders. - Messages informing that the maintenance mode is enabled in Directum RX and that the list of signatures does not contain all document signatures.

If the administrator had enabled the maintenance mode in Directum RX, then in some cases, after updating Solo data, an employee had to enter their username and password again. Fixed.

In some cases, when an employee changed the filter in their Inbox, the app stopped working. Fixed.
