I am a trained weather spotter and I have many weather governed sites saved for reference for my local area and nationally. This app is perfect both locally and nationally whether you’re a spotter, chaser, or someone who wants to check the weather by getting the information from NOAA and other affiliates such as the NWS and SPC if you prefer a mobile app for that.I love the widget for the Lock Screen above the clock! One feature suggestion I would add is give users the option to receive alerts only for the preferred area or their currently location if possible! Either way, I would highly recommend this app!

All of NWS in Your Pocket!

I really appreciate the developer for creating this. While you can access NWS information through your browser it’s not very Mobile friendly, Cue Weather Report. Weather Report provides NWS data all in one spot. SPC outlooks, Forecast Discussions, Maps, charts and much more. The price for the premium is 100% worth it, but even if you just use the free version the developer was kind enough to still provide important weather information. So this app is a win-win in my book. It’s not the prettiest of applications but provides all the info you need to stay weather aware.

Wonderful Weather App

Writing this review maybe 5 minutes after downloading, and I really enjoy it as a flight student who watches weather as a hobby. I use it in conjunction with various weather apps but my favorite feature is the ease of access to all the weather charts. My only question is if it’s possible to add the ability to look at the different radar data, for example velocity or Correlation Coefficient. Not a must have but would be a nice feature. However I’m not an app developer so I don’t know how easily that is done.

Hi, thank you for your review. It really helps a lot. Per your recommendation, I have added a variety of advanced NEXRAD products.
Great app

Love the app. Only issue is the radar never seems to show anything. Today there are several storms but nothing shows up. Even zooming in and out it won’t load anything. I’ve given it time to load and still most of the time nothing. Either zoomed in or on a zoomed out map of the states. I have great signal and great WiFi. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Even at that this is still my favorite weather app. Would purchase full version if I can figure out the radar.

Hi,Thank you for your review. I am aware of some issues with radar on the iOS version. While I work on a fix, pressing the "Adv. Mode" link and then selecting Base Reflectivity will provide the best look at realtime storms. You may need to close and re open the app if radar stops working, but I will be fixing those issues sometime soon.
