Have to pay a significant amount for the avas food delivery but they don’t delivery upstairs even with a lift available. Lazy. They would rather spend 30 mins downstairs watching tiktok than provide paid services to customers. Also the location of the car doesn’t show like it used to on the old app.

The new app doesn't allow you to change your phone number. Very inconvenient

Too many things in one app. Design is good but app is loaded with too many things food, taxi, zakaath, insurance…. Making it slow. Phone is getting overheated sometimes. Customers need a fast, reliable and easy to use simple app. And cannot pick a spot manually, jt automatically changes to nearest place listed.

This simply does not work. After pickup and drop off location are set and a taxi is requested the app just keeps searching. To check if it’s indeed an app issue, I had my friend set the same pickup and drop off location in the Avas Ride app same time as I did and when he requested a taxi became available while this app was still searching for a taxi. In the Avas Ride app can see taxis that are going by while at the same time this app showed none. All required permissions were allowed including location permissions and notifications.
