Easy-to-Use Credit System

- Subscription Price: $7 per month, providing 50 credits (each credit allows you to generate one video).
- Additional Credits: If users exhaust their credits before renewal, they can purchase additional credits separately while the subscription is active.
- Features and Content: Unlimited access to all features and content offered within AI Video.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
- Payment: Charged to the Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost depends on the chosen package.
- Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Reported a glitch (my generated vids from personal photos were adding a photobomber to my vids) to the developer’s support team and received a response on a Sunday within a couple of hours. I emailed back examples of my issue and was given a fix within a couple of hours. Viewing favorite old static photos transformed into an animated video is a trip - well done!
Over priced disappointment

I was waiting for this app to come out and was truly expecting something remarkable. Yet that’s no the cause. Starts out with a subscription for think 30 or 40 buck for a year, “not uncommon” yet the only way to replenish tokens is to buy them and I’d say 35 to 55 generations never went through and just took my tokens. Emailed support and got no response. You guys really need to provide a replenishment of tokens for subscribers as well as provide refunds when generations fail such as false positives that just takes the token with no generation or generations that say complete that never are completed. Do better!

It worked great on a few photos. Loved that you can extend the timing to be longer than 4 seconds… But then after a few videos, it got stuck in the download stage. So I have not been able to view or save any videos. I clicked on support and submitted an email but the website seemed a bit suspicious... it was just one page created by goDaddy. So I will update to 5 stars if they respond and this issue is resolved. Otherwise, this program is useless.
