What's New • Fixed an issue where Forgot Password could fail to send a reset code or say your email wasn't found. • Signing up with an email that already has an account now tells you so. • Students are now asked once, when they open the app, whether to turn on personalized recommendations, so the Recommended opportunities section can appear. • Privacy improvements to error reporting, plus bug fixes.

A whole new P3. We redesigned every screen to match the P3 web platform. Update and you'll stay signed in, with your mentors, questions and progress right where you left them. For students • A new Home that puts asking a mentor first, with your progress and what to explore next • Milestones reimagined as a climb, so you can see how far you've come • Find a mentor by name, role or industry • Search opportunities, with a picture on every listing and one clear Apply button. Expired listings disappear on their own • 17 career pathways, each with typical pay by career stage, questions to ask your mentor and prompts to reflect on • Career Timeline: your education, experience and goals in one place For mentors • A new Home with your mentees' progress and the questions waiting on you • Mentees and requests together in one tab • Guided answers: angles and skills to cover before you record • Add an opportunity by pasting a link. We fill in the details For everyone • A new video player and a Community feed of video previews • Dark mode that follows your phone • Fixes for names and photos that didn't update, video lists that jumped back to the top, and the Contact P3 Support screen Start on the app. Continue on the web at platform.pulseofp3.org.

We’re introducing Milestone Pathways, a new way to turn mentorship into real, measurable progress. Students can now follow structured, self-paced pathways tailored to their academic stage, from high school to young professional. Each pathway breaks down growth into clear, actionable milestones to help you stay focused and build momentum. Track your progress with a live progress experience. Complete milestones, add optional notes, and see how far you’ve come over time. Mentors can now view mentee progress, making guidance more personalized and relevant without adding friction to their schedules. Milestone Pathways are designed to be flexible. Complete milestones at your own pace, move through your journey in a way that fits your goals, and access your pathway seamlessly from your home feed. Alongside this, we’ve continued improving Smart Matching and expanding our community, making it easier than ever to connect with the right mentors and opportunities. Your future is built one step at a time. Now you have a clearer path forward.
