Poor responsiveness and so many system errors

I liked the old Sampath Vishwa app and web portal a lot because of the simple arrangement of all the useful items and smooth functionality. The new app is a disaster. Even if I manage to complete all the steps for a transaction by tolerating the system latency, the final step to see the transaction confirmation shows a blank grey screen with an error message saying “try again later”. The new Vishwa web portal on PC is even worse. May be it’s the time to switch to another bank who provides a smooth app and online banking experience.

The app doesn’t load most of the time and the app detects no connectivity even though your connected. App is very slow. The app doesn’t start up. The above happens 99% and if the app works your lucky on the day.

Transfer limit 500k!

What a joke . Transfer limit is now 500k daily .All other bank have higher limits, some 20 x more !Something is really wrong here - may not be as safe as other bank apps, I guess .
