The app and website are impossible to use for actual account management. So, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, I had to contact customer service by email. I was told a year ago that my subscription was cancelled. Yet, I have been charged 3 times since then! I have sent multiple emails and I just keep getting met with the refund policy—even though they told me I already cancelled!! And when you click the delete account button, it just logs you out of the app, it doesn’t delete. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time and money.

I don’t even want to give this one star. I downloaded this on March 17, 2024 and am still waiting for the in-app purchased meal plan to populate….that says it only takes 30 minutes. I have contacted their customer support, but do not get responses until more than 48 hours later. I have tried everything! I am in the process of trying to get my in-app purchase refunded and they are kind of putting me through the ringer. Do NOT try this one.

I was charged immediately altho I quickly deleted it. Wasn’t interested, as its the same information anyone else has including Google. You can never speak with a human; all responses are automatic and scripted no matter what you ask. I kept trying to get a refund as it was a mistake and always got the same auto-messages. No customer service at all. Save yourself the heartache!!

It looks like the app is at its inception level! No option to see when reach your goal (after tracking your weight), you cannot select ingredients you don’t like to exclude them from your diet. The app is terrible and very disappointing. I wish I can have a refund of almost $30 for 3 months. It is totally NO worth it. I am very surprised that this app has 4.5 ratings… it is very weird!
