The Potensic Eve app is very efficiently designed and clearly built with user experience in mind. From the moment I opened everything, my overall customer experience with Potensic has been excellent. The packaging was extremely well done; everything was neatly labeled, well organized, and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. It genuinely felt like care was put into how the product was presented.I haven’t had the chance to fly the drone just yet, but there should be some good weather coming up this week and I’m looking forward to giving it a proper test. If I encounter any issues once I’ve flown it, I’ll come back and update this review. As of now though, I’m very happy with both the app and the overall experience so far.That said, there are a couple of small tweaks that could make the app even better. First, I think adding a community feature where users can share clips or experiences would be a great addition. It would help new pilots learn, see real-world usage, and build a stronger user community around the product.Second, it would be really helpful to have a way to pair or connect to the drone without needing to fly it. At the moment, the app seems to want you in flight before fully connecting, and having a ground-based connection option would make setup, updates, and familiarization much easier.Overall, these are minor suggestions on an otherwise very solid app. I’m genuinely impressed so far and excited to see how everything performs once I get some flight time in.

Purchased Atom 2. The drone serves the purpose so far. Might come across issues later. But my major frustration is the app. It logged me out of my account and doesn’t accept my password. Keeps asking me to create a new account. Not cool!! I would expect this process to be flawless.

When I first got the drone couple months ago, the app was a little bit glitchy, but with each update it’s gotten progressively better. I especially like the new feature that shows the shadow of the drone where it’s gonna land that really comes in handy when you’re getting closer to landing on your own. Keep up the great work and improving the app. Thanks for a great drone and a great app to control it.

Excitement turned frustration

Bought the Atom 2, and was extraordinarily excited to fly it for the first time. However with one glitch this excitement has turned to ultimate frustration, as the message about the stick mode 2 pops up as soon as I start to fly and the “OK” button cannot be selected, leaving the message to cover the screen. Everything works for flying but access to everything behind the message cannot be accessed because the message won’t close until the drone is turned off.
