Do not use their newer Offers section where you can download apps and games and complete some tasks for a monetary reward. I’ve tried around ten offers off and on over the past few months. I’ve actually been paid about $3 from Offers while I’ve completed about $70 worth. Higher value offers (and plenty of lower ones as well) simply will not register as complete and the FiveSurveys support will do nothing to help. I do everything as outlined for the offers. Tracking and permissions are given. They just leave it stuck on “in progress” Sometimes a multi step offer will work at first (install this game get 5cents, achieve level 20 get 50cents…) and then stop paying when you get to a higher step.If you contact support about unpaid offers, they say their “offer partners” who manage and track these offers for them have no record of my completion and there’s simply nothing they can do to help. Like they’re being held hostage by a business partner they’ve invited in and are consistently screwing over their members. They also refuse to name the company(s) who are their “offer partner”In my experience, their surveys are mixed results but no different from other survey providers I’ve tried. But their new Offers section really does make this company transcend into true scammers and scum.

I was scammed out of $2. I completed the surveys, but their system failed to recognize it. I reported the issue, only to receive a generic, AI-generated response saying the case was closed. Each time I follow up, someone—claiming they aren’t a bot—responds within minutes with the same copy-pasted nonsense. They claim there was an error and that they didn’t get paid either, which is laughable. Useless bot “Ella Grace” keeps saying they’ll “look into it,” but they never commit to actually giving you the credit you earned. When you ask, they’ll promise to fix it, while dodging what that even means. Then they just start repeating themselves and telling you that you didn’t qualify for other surveys. Which isn’t what you asked. To make matters worse, it’s 2 a.m.—so if it’s not a bot replying, it’s clearly outsourced customer service that’s somehow even less helpful. Even after acknowledging that I completed the survey and wasn’t credited, they just shift the blame to the survey provider and still won’t guarantee a resolution. Reached out to the parent company via their website contact form -no response. Left a review online - and their useless copy and paste response told me that not all surveys qualify. Worthless management and ownership.

First I’ll start by admitting that I love the layout, design and how extremely user friendly this app is….. however in my opinion as an expert survey taker with 10+ years of experience I believe there are too many steps allow me to elaborate…. As soon as you locate a survey you want to take you first click on it this is where the app will ask you a short series of questions to see if you qualify to take the survey this has been an average of 2.5 additional minutes for myself. If the app determines you qualify you will move on to the actual survey. Sometimes you will provide an answer that flags the system and the system will automatically screen you out of the survey which is another time consuming issue with no compensation for. A fantastic resolution to this issue would be a more in depth profile assessment upon signing up, a more in depth series of qualification questions per survey in order to better ensure a qualified participant doesn’t get screened out in the middle of a survey. This could also help reduce anxiety, frustration and anger which are the root causes people eventually get fed up and delete their accounts or just stop taking surveys all together. As you know when people stop taking the surveys the data stops and when data stops revenue stops…. Anyway that’s enough opinion therapy from me thank you for your time.

This app is not what you think by watching the advertisement. They show an entire page of very short surveys.The very first (1st) survey you must complete outta (5 surveys) is (2 or 3min) like the ad showed us but then, the page refreshes very quickly and the shortest surveys are (10min.) there’s only 2 or 3 (10min.) surveys available you click on them and after they qualify you, which takes (2 or 3min) when the actual survey comes up they’re all (20-25 min.) If you take surveys for extra cash, you know that’s never the case. I can take surveys fairly quickly and if it says it’ll take around (20-30min.) it’ll take you closer to (35-45min). I’m stuck on (2 survey’s) completed after two (2days) and I’ve refreshed many times so, I can’t even say if they’re legit but I can say….. this is (NOT) a quick ($5 bucks) it’ll take hours to earn your ($5.00). What I don’t like is that I feel like they have false advertising and that what I saw “rows & rows of 2-3 min. Surveys was a lie”. The quickest ones listed are (10min.)and there’s only 2 or 3 and I didn’t qualify for those and just wasted my time. My choices now are (20 or 25 min.) surveys. If I finish the last (3 surveys) I’ll update y’all on the actual time it takes to complete and if I actually get my ($5. bucks). Lol what a racket these surveys apps have turned into.
